REMINDER: Avoid attempting recovery yourself on severely traumatized drives (i.e., turning your computer off and on, using over-the-counter diagnostic tools, etc.).  These actions may actually cause further damage or permanent data loss.

Step 2: Bring or Ship your damaged Hard Drive to our Office.

Option 1:  You can deliver your Hard Drive to our office weekdays between 8:30am to 5:30 pm.      Weekend or evening arrangements are made by appointment only.

We highly recommend fedex as the shipper of choice, as UPS's service levels do not accomodate hard drives very well.

Option 2: Ship your Hard Drive directly to our Office.
